• Is customer support, assistance or docs provided for using Odevio?

  Yes, we recommend that you join our community Discord for any assistance you require. For issues, you can always create them on the Github page of Odevio. The documentation is also available here: https://odevio-cli.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html

• How does Odevio handle error messages and debugging, and what resources are available for troubleshooting any issues that may arise?

  We are working to improve your experience and we are adding explicit error messages as we encounter issues. The Odevio documentation is also available for everyone to learn about the tool and how to use it. You have access to your build logs to review what may have caused your build to fail.

• How is the performance of the virtual Mac machine when using Odevio, and are there any known latency or lag issues?

  If there is high traffic, you may experience some latency or you may have to wait for a machine to be available for your build. We are constantly working on improving Odevio and resolving issues, you can contact us if you encounter any lags or bugs.

• Can I customise the virtual Mac machine's specifications, such as its processing power or storage capacity?

  No, you can use the Mac machines out of the box.

• How do I connect to the virtual Mac machine using a remote viewer, and what are the system requirements?

  You can download RustDesk to access the virtual machine. Odevio will provide you with the connection information. We recommend that you get familiar with our documentation where you will find a complete tutorial on how to use Odevio. There are no specific system requirements.

• Can I use Odevio for free? Are there any hidden costs?

  You can enjoy Odevio for free but for a 10-day trial period. No hidden costs. You can subscribe to an annual subscription to experience the full features without time restriction. Supporting Odevio means a lot to us and helps us maintain the necessary requirements for your builds.

• Are there any limitations or restrictions when using Odevio, such as certain Apple guidelines or App Store policies?

  Odevio is free for a 10-days trial period. During that time, you have access to all Odevio's functionality for one application. Subscribing to an annual plan gives you full access to Odevio for a full year. If you want to publish to the App Store, you will have to comply with Apple's guidelines.

• How is my app data and personal information protected when using your tool?

  Your app data and personal information are safely encrypted. The code you sent is only kept on the VMs during the build. Once the build is finished, they are deleted.

• What happens if there is a problem with the virtual Mac machine?

  Your build will be stopped and you will receive a fail error message. You will need to restart one. Once your build has started it is highly unlikely that the machine will crash. If we experience high traffic, you might have to wait in a queue for a machine to become available for your build.

• Can Odevio be used for other app stores besides the Apple App Store?

  No, for the moment, Odevio is designed only for Flutter iOS apps.

• Does Odevio support different versions of Flutter and XCode?

  Odevio uses one of the latest versions of Xcode, you can check the exact available versions when connecting to your Mac VM. Regarding the Flutter version, you can choose the one you want when making a build.

• Where are the build machines located?

  Odevio build machines are located in: Dublin, Ireland & Atlanta, USA.
